Visa Information :

• Original passport. Attach all your old passports (If Any)

• Photo Specification: 3 recent camera clicked size colored photographs  on  a  white background  with 80% face cover on a semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm).

• Financials: Original Personal Bank statement for last 06 months  with minimum balance of Rs. 80000.

• Last 6 months Company Bank Statement.

• Please Note: The statement must have bank's seal  & stamp on every page.

• Last 3 years personal and company Income Tax Return.

• Occupation Proof.

• No Objection Certificate: An NOC for leave from employer/ school/ university clearly mentioning applicants name, passport number and duration of visit. The letter must be duly signed by the authorized signatory stating his/her name, designation, contact details & address.

• Covering-Letter from applicant on business  letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number (date of issue, date of expiry & place of issue), purpose and duration of visit in brief.

• Booking Amount will be non - refundable once booked
• Minimum booking amount is 50% of the total , per person .

• Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the Group Size is of 20 passengers or above. Below 20 Passengers group size will have Driver cum guide.

• For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.

• International Hotel Check in time is 1500 Hrs and Check out Time is 1200 Hrs.
• Rates are based on Basic Category Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
• Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed during your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
• We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, BLISS TOURS & TRAVELS is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• Final Tentative itinerary will be provided in pre-departure meeting for Group Departures while in case of FIT, It will be provided 02 Days prior to their Departure.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
